Sweden probably has the highest percent of players at a high rating. Canada is also pretty high up there. USA probably has the most good players, but not the best percentage of players being good.

I think Sweden prbably have the best percentage of its player at a high rating, just like every other game. But when it comes to total number of players at a high rating its probably US and UK by obvious reasons

Obviously Russia. Have you not seen their players who have rank 1 / gladiator spots and are still in greens and have no spec? They must be really good at the game in comparison to everyone else.

USA is just a mixture of all regions, have a look at league every team has one or more asians in them and one or more "European" players.
