I know I'm not on a crazy rating or anything but haste spirit does indeed seem to work. I've always preferred haste because crit is just an RNG factor; not worth it, imo.
Mastery got nerfed far too much and battle fatigue doesn't help either.
Haste still rocks. EF ticks seem to be just so much faster and we all know we have very limited time of gameplay during CC chains. I know that the "1 gcd free, cast holy shock, bigger chance it crits, gg" theory is actually great but at the same time you can't COMPLETELY rely on that.
With an overall reforge to haste and spirit, together with keeping some mastery where possible, my casts seemed so much faster than usual and I felt I was able to apply x3 stacks of EF on all the team due to the speed at which I would cast flash of lights.
Just try it out, I promise it won't be a waste of time.
Let me know if you have any feedback about this spec.
(I played KFC - maybe the reason why haste was useful, every arena being rather quick).
On an unrelated note, I noticed a lot of holy paladins don't use glyph of denounce. You really should!
Haste-Spirit build: works!
