DKs - diseases, death coil, gargoyle etc. more than half the damage is spells. If not like 70-80%.
Warriors - colossus smash.
Rogues - find weakness.
Hunters - Chimera shot and arcane shot are spell damage.
Enhancements - don't remember what the names of the spells were, but I remember like half their dmg is spells as well.
Ferals (xD) - bleeds.
Rets - holy damage.
Monks - might matter against them a bit.

Overall, every class' dmg is pretty much spells and spell damage right now. Only their tiny amounts of sustained is actually physical which means it won't matter that much. Not to mention that it's like a 3-4% dmg reduction in reality to begin with.

Blaming Holinka for everything is just fucking stupid. I doubt he had much - if any - say in the damage buff to UH/Frost and Hunters. It's a PVE buff because they were struggling, it had nothing to do with PVP.

vampiric touch
Causes 375 (+ 207.5% of Spell power) Shadow damage over 15 sec. Each time Vampiric Touch deals damage the caster gains 4% of maximum mana.

Well you can surely blame him for this, these are explicit pvp hotfixes, so now they can say spriest and moonkins are fine again and leave untouched and dogshit for 6 more months or so.

Oh and the moonkin "Astral communion can no longer be interrupted" has to be the biggest troll buff in history. I cant comprehend how they came up with something like that as 'a little help'.

Maybe when 6.0 comes out, Mark of the Wild will have 33 percent reduced mana cost and Moonkin form will make you immune to fall damage. High hopes.

I was responding to your whining about the damage buff, not the armor buff.

Very nice buff to shadow priest, that 40% armor increase means shadow priest will be very viable.

Why?  Necrotic isn't passively applied, and both of those classes are melee which you can kite to some extent.  Not true for hunters/hunter pets.

As a caster, I don't like mind numbing or necrotic, but hunter one is 10x worse because it's just always up.

removing casting speed slow spells will be a huge buff for shadow

I only included necrotic so I didn't have to argue with people. I dont mind necrotic having a slow debuff as it's hardly up as much. Mind numbing on the other hand..

If casting speeds were to go I couldn't see shadow having a HUGE buff, it would be nice to have but it doesn't solve the problem that we are mindlessly trained all game and when we do get VT casts off they are just dispelled. You make the s priest oom he/she's a worthless asset to the team and their utility becomes minimal. I'd like to see a VT change maybe similar to the UA dispel protection with it being a potential risk for the healer to take to be slammed by a big hit from dispelling themselves or a teammate. I still feel though VE could easily be changed without affecting pve it just seems very silly that we have to do damage for us to use a defensive cd whilst being on lockdown.

Monks avoid 30% of armor with their attacks anyway. So yeah, it basically affects no one.
