You can find the "PTR" patch notes here. Keep in mind PTR patch notes may not completely reflect the actual patch.

I was hoping that the patch might actually help us with mages, warriors and resto druids :(

Tis actually quite a buff to hunter comps, losss of mas reflect means kfc/beastcleave/hunter+ret now has an even easier time landing traps and mages are somewhat squishier.

So at least one class will be happy.

This is a major nerf to mage survival. Will make them even more traineble. Hurting their dmg also would make them going from glass-cannons to worthless minions.

If a spell is getting weaker, isn't that a nerf? No matter if it was intended or not?.... so wtf are you talking about.....

But by going from Strong fucking mistake to normal is still a nerf.

the thing that keeps mages alive with temp is more the 15% dmg reduction not the hot 6 seconds later...

it's not a 'major nerf'

It's the heal that keeps me alive if I pre-temp shield Garrote+Cheapshot or Charge+Silencing Shot. If I don't, I am forced to block almost the first global. It wont keep me alive anymore, but good thing that they fix these spells now after over a year of being broken.
