waz dat mean

It means it wont bring you to 25% if the target ally has hp below that value i think.

waz dat mean

It means you can use it when ever your teammate is lower HP and it doesnt heal them.

Monks being bullshit is not news. It's Windwalker only anyway and we'll just find a way around it. It's essentially a shitty version of Killing Spree with immunity, it'll probably fuck them up more than it fucks the enemy team up knowing Blizzard's "leet" programming skills.

Yeah, I think it's pretty safe to say that we can rely on that sloppy programming. But I think that you can counter that damage just by stacking up like for FoF, right?

Yeah as I said I reckon it'll be like killing spree in terms of damage and general shittiness to use. If Flying Serpent Kick didn't move a monk from Africa to Australia spellcleaves would be able to just ignore it as the range is pretty appalling.
