Hey guys,

posting this for a friend who has no AJ account himself. He was going to play Thugcleave with a Mistweaver Monk and a Subtlety Rogue, and is undecisive as for what spec to play in the comp. If any experienced Hunter could give any insight here, that'd be great. If possible, please also list the reasons for why one or the other spec is/is not viable in this comp.

Thanks already for your replies,
Sart.

Thanks for the quick reply :)
And what makes MM better than BM for burst damage? Is it simply higher burst? Or harder to counter? Etc.

Thanks again :) The general strat would propably be trying to zerg a healer in the opener, trying to throw CC that would DR on enemies that could peel/offheal? Like... Silencing Shot on peeler/offhealer because it'd be DRed on the healer anyways because of Garrote, etc.?

You have more than enough instant CC to gib a dps rather than a healer. Seems like your making it hard for yourself. Go on the squishiest dps, scatter//trap/silencing/blind/resaps/redirect kidneys. Open with a scatter trap, If it gets taken into blind, go ham, if he rides it into re sap, trinket into silencing shot, if the dps is still alive then maybe a switch to the healer is a shout then putting that cc into the dps instead.
