Are any other Paladins finding Burden of Guilt's 2 second slow acceptable uptime for running Seal of Truth permanently instead of Seal of Justice?

I use it sometimes but even without it I most likely never swap to Seal of Justice, I rather rely on my mate to complete this slowing part. In most cases I feel like there are better glyphs to use, but if not I simply take it to make my uptime experience better. I also like to use it to prevent priests or paladins from sprinting over the whole arena in couple seconds to cc my healer, it gives my healer time to fix his positioning or even get ready for counter cc.

Would be awesome if it lasted for the CD of Judgment.

Meh, it did (and longer) and that's why it was a talent choice. Being that it makes Judgment a 40 yard instant hamstring that also (for most all rets in arena) gives a short but powerful speed boost, it's really great for kiting/getting away quickly or closing a large gap pretty fast. I think the 2 second duration pairs great with the 3 second boost from Long Arm of the Law.
BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE!!!

it also pairs well with the cast time for turn evil if you decide to take fear is a point of view. the 20 yard range on that spell means you gota keep people slowed for the duration of the cast as much as possible, as they will be on your heals at that range.
