Ysera's is probably better against teams that rot you,

Cenarion ward is probably better against bursty teams

they're giving you a choice right there, you really can't complain about that. i'm sure every rogue in the game would be happy if they had 60k mana and getting out of a root costed 2200 mana and you were regenerating something every second.

i think the only class that would whine about this is ferals, because they're used to being very OP from last season.

If CW is a 30s cd, then Ysera's would heal you for 60k during the 30s that CW is on cd. 30 seconds / 5 seconds per tick * 10k per tick = 60k. I think CW was ticking for 40k every 2 seconds? Does any1 know the actual value? If I'm remembering correctly, CW ticking for 40k 3 times over 6 seconds = 120k. That's 120k/36s = 3.33 hps vs 60k/30s = 2 hps...unless I'm not remembering the CW tick value. That means CW would be better against any team, even rot teams if you use it on cd.

Edit: I'm not taking into account the new gear though, which will increase our overall hp.

So far Cenarian Ward is def the better choice. You can hotw and then use it too, it's pretty sick.

You can use it twice when hotw is up because of cd, and it will heal for a lot.

Very frustrating to cast clones against some classes (who said warriors?) otherwise I like the way it is going even though I'd have prefered ferals to get a baseline NS as Moonkins and Restos do.

Also I fell like, if we need to cast clones, we should have the same gloves bonus as resto and moonkin do, which is the +5y range on cyclone.

I use cyclone glyph for +5 in 3v3.

Feelin good no more 20 second BS, T2 wise Ysera's vs rot comps  cenarion vs everything else.  Renewal if running Jungle into KFC (fast games)

Ive tried Dream of Cenarius last night, it adds a lot of controlled burst damage or even sustain damage with the proc using on the newly buffed rip, but heart of the wild is a 6 minute cooldown with a solid 6% stat increase to everything. I am very lost on which ability seems to be better. If anyone has input ID LIKE TO KNOW

Nearly all the Ferals on EU ladder are going Ysera's Gift / Nature's Vigil.. is this normal or are they changing every game..

I hate playing with Ysera's and HotW/CW can still save you or a partner. Ysera's Gift just feels shit. Also, feral damage seems low.

That's propably just because of gear though, I don't think damage are low, but like well in the middle. It's gonna be better once we get 522 weapons.

I'm constantly shifting talents and glyphs around for all games. Sometimes I'll run CW/SotF/DoC, sometimes YG/Incarnation/HotW, and anything inbetween really. I'm quite liking the whole SotF/DoC idea, but it feels like there's not enough punch or utility to it when coming up against KFCs and the like where you really want short games.

As far as glyphs are concerned, I see myself using the Cyclone glyph against caster teams but for KFC I'm currently playing around with Nature's Grasp.

I used Dream of Cenarius the start of last patch before deciding on HOTW. It wasn't too hard to line up the dmg for rake/rips and then HT Ravage every time, but back then buffing your dmg via HT (DoC) would mean you couldn't insta clone after the dmg increase without NS. The problem with it now is no NS for setting up huge burst so it feels clunky and forces you to heal over roots. Maybe it could work with sotf.

HOTW is just so good and works great with CW, and when you bear form with it now it's like another shield wall. 6 percent to everything is nice as hell too.
