Squat 6x3 160kg (350lbs)
Deadlift 6x3 200-225kg (440-500lbs)
Bench 6x3 120kg (264lbs)

No idea what my one rep max on any of these are but this is what i do for reps on a normal day though my one rep max is most likely alot higher. But yeah my lifts are not that impressive as I'm still very new to doing things properly.

Anything else apart from OHP which i don't know my lifts on with atm is irrelevant. Been training seriously for 4.5 or so months but don't expect results like that until 1 year or so in tbh (Genetics/10 years of playing football/rugby/athletics at county/national/semi professional level before lifting a weight)

I do plan to move onto Olympic lifts/style of training and try to move to "big" weights (real powerlifting) soon as i feel I'm ready. Hopefully in another 6months I'll be around 600+lbs on deadlift and have a respectable clean and jerk.
I would post other stats but i don't really do much else apart from big compounds and the odd arm/leg/grip  day as i go to a gym where you don't and can't really train for "nice abs or ottermode aesthetics" but more for strength (Alot of powerlifters train there and have been teaching me which is awesome i spose)

As for overall fitness i assume I'm pretty fit though i don't run but do things like tire flipping and boxing so idk.

Am king of the manlets 5'9-10 and 86kg (190lbs) with around 15% body fat (bulking to 95kg) No steroids atm don't plan on using them until I'm around 26-30 years old and have hit my natural limit.

nice bro not bad I powerlift and am gonna compete for the first time next year. was going to this year but I'm out for another month and a half on a rotator cuff and knee injury and it's gonna take another 2 months past that to be where i was

Nice nice what sort of routine do you use/work with? A normal 5/6x3 one or something else?

Also how long have you been training for? Just curious as i seem to be stalling on squat and stuff atm 200kg squat is impressive :P

ive been training for strength/powerlifting for like 8 months? somewhere around there, and yea before i joined a gym that had a squat rack i was using leg press and that blew so when i joined one where i could squat i was squatting almost every day to get it up to par. my bench is what i struggle most with :/ and i just do a regular 5x5
