I'm having alot of problems vs DK or Hunter/Priest on my monk in 2s. How do you usually approach these teams in 2s???

For DK Priest, if the dk is ever not in blood presence you should go on him unless you're about to kill the priest, and if not I usually peel him while I'm getting stacks then I'll shoot a storm earth and fire clone at the priest to get my rsk debuff on him then when it comes back off CD I'll fly over use my stacks, legsweep, rsk, 2 blks, arcane torrent for an extra chi into a fists of fury and that normally gets the kill but if it doesn't and let's say he uses aura mastery just paralysis it and try to pre-kick his next cast.

For hunter priest it's really important to eat your healers traps, a lot of times I'll try to kill their pet by taunting it behind a pillar and if I do end up killing 1-2 of his pets I train the hunter into oblivion making sure he never gets another pet. I don't really go priest too often because it makes it near impossible to eat traps. And if you're having no luck on the pet just attack the hunter.

I've updated this as much as I can for 5.4, I'll completely 100% finish it when I do some testing.

thanks ill update it, i posted your armory for people to look at because i think you really know what is going on with monks and will make good choices for gemming, gearing, and reforging.

does it still have a cast time?  That's one thing that made me avoid it before.

I tried messing with it yesterday, and it feels awkward.  Guess I'll just have to get used to it if it's looking that good.  will miss the shorter CD on wave for that healing though.

What is in your opinion the second best class after humans on the alliance side? i mean yeah, the double trinket is cool, but humans are so boring...the appearance of gnomes for example is for me kinda more interesting, is it worth giving up human for that? i crawled up to 2k in the last season with my human, am i able to do it with a gnome aswell? since they are much better as a heal monk instead of a ww monk...sorry, for my bad english, im german tho :D

I don't think I need the dmg from chi burst tbh, I still find chi wave to be the overall superior choice

edit:

got a question:

I'm a panda right now but planning on race changing my monk since it's sort of ugly and useless to be a panda..
What alliance race would you guys recommend (keep in mind I'm an engineer so the human racial kind of fucks me over if I want to get the pvp trinket set bonus, which I do)

wow lol I didn't even see that, my bad.... I'm thinking to go NE so far... but gnome and dwarves both have their merrits..

I like dwarf to remove warr bleeds since they're plagueing ladders now, but I hate how they look.
Gnome is nice for extra root breaker + expertise
And NE reduced chance to be hit + shadowmeld is v nice ..

I would only prefer NE as Healers, it's my personal opinion tho...same as gnomes, but i really like the appearance of gnomes and how they look, so i thought of racechanging my human monk since they're pretty boring :D

Somewhere in these two questions I saw a question about PvE. I think the best PvE alliance race is human? I'm just saying that because of the extra expertise you guy but I really don't know to be honest.

If you guys are looking for good PvP alliance races I'd definitely go night elf now. But, if you do go night elf it's pretty important that you're and engineering so you can get some sort of on use. If you're not it's okay and night elf is still probably best.

If you really want the absolute best alliance race for PvP WW monks I'd go night elf for WW and MW, but if you really want to be a gnome by all means be a gnome, being night elf or gnome doesn't make a massive difference, play what makes you happy. Gnomes are pretty happy. Plus, their racial isn't that bad, being able to get out of a root like a 2nd tiger's lust is definitely useful but I wouldn't say it's as useful as shadowmeld.

Can anyone confirm by now, if the Touch of Death macro actually speeds up the recognization of the enemys HP value?
