Thinking about it, won't this have the potential to reward disc teams more than other healers? In that they will keep people from dropping as low due to shields vs. letting the damage happen and then healing it.

Maybe it won't make a difference, but I really do prefer a more "equal sided" buff, like arena-tournament has.

Yeah that might happen but that feels like to be the case when every healer is free healing.I think there is an argument for the other side.
Direct healing is lower, so people go down in hp easily through heals, hp increase usually happens with shield + direct heals, it is susceptible to dispels. So maybe you are more likely to take people very low.

This is stupid and a very radical idea to be throwing around idea. At the very least they should limit it to the 2v2 bracket.
