unbreakable spirit is in the same tree as clemency so its really tough to pick it up. Also sacred shield might be useless vs some teams with high burst cause 30% is abit high and it will proc in some unwanted situations.
Still they are actually trying something which is a good sign, finally divine plea change, waited that for 2 years
They nerfed the hell out of eternal flame so sacred shield will probably be the default, and tbh I think the current sacred shield is better for surviving. It's going to absorb 60-70k pretty easily in an opener, and then keep procing every 5-6 seconds absording 30-40k each time, as apposed to 120k absorb BEFORE battle fatigue, with a 2 minute cooldown. Compared to natures guardian which has a 30 second cooldown, though I'm not sure if battle fatigue affects it.
They made both talents in the tier worse, maybe selfless healer will be worth getting

IMO the 45 row was already a very tough choice for ret, what bliz have done is make it a tougher chocie for holy but cookie cutter for ret.
Selfless healer was the only logical choice for ret in the tier, sacred shield scales terribly for ret on live and eternal flame is shit for ret. Selfless healer will still probably be better for ret because the new sacred shield is going to absorb like 80k after battle fatigue, big deal.
