Did fuck up bulk (simply didn't have the knowledge back then, which i do now) but not a skeleton, 77 kg @ 182 and around 14% BF. Also i did overdo with my diet, simply coz i was fat my whole life and just wanned to get lose of that shit belly (which still is there, with stupid extra skin). Gonna start bulking in a month, don't want to shock my metabolism just yet, need to move slowly.

Just bulk now no point waiting a month and putting it off because "muh metabolism" and tbh idk why would cut at that weight it makes no sense, the whole point of "cutting" is you gain a fair amount of weight as muscle and fat then you get rid of the fat and try keep as much muscle as possible. If you had no muscle to start with you shouldn't have gone on a cut and made yourself even weaker than you was mate. Glad to see you planning to do something atleast so gl.

I started with 85 KG, i am currently at 77kg, i made mistake by going to far with keto...I didn't have the muscle for it, especially not for being in keto that long...I was experimenting and next time i won't do keto i think, IF will do the job imo.
I'm slowly increasing carbs/KCALs, and i'll try to get to 3500 kcal in 2 weeks. Will see how it goes then, im now just maintaining with 2500kcals. Also, i know you can't understand it, but i have been fat whole life and i just said to myself that i want to lose my belly for this summer...i didn't listen to ppl that i should have listened to while i was "bulking" (can't really call that bulking i was doing it wrong), was also doing lot of cardio coz i just had feeling i am fat (i still think i am fat..), guess it's just being mentally fked up for being fat whole life.
Also with this exp i had i feel it's not that hard to "cut", and will fully dedicated to properly bulking up. Also the fact that i started with diet in march (i did stop with it after a week coz my mom died, but yeah started again in april, which was way to early)
