This is really sad, C&D is now a talent noone in their right mind will ever pick. Ohwell, let's see how long it takes them to realize what they did and buff rogues back up. Wonder how they'll handle that.

And to all of you who come in here to rejoice over rogues getting nerfed, if you think this puts rogues in a good or even decent spot, you're delusional. Death from a thousand cuts. Keep piling enough of moderate nerfs up and this is what you get. (this last nerf of no C&D during dance is one of the wierdest changes they've made to fix a class in pvp lately, they basically killed the talent, noone is ever going to use it over ShS in its current state.)

Situational? Barely anyone takes shstep atm so. "Why take X over Y" is just a dumb arguement ppl make because their "favorite" talent gets nerfed. So dumb. Guess in some comps it would be nice with ShD and CnD with 15 yds. Think before writing.

Oh please quit the whining, rogue was fine in 5.1 the WHOLE reason rogues were "bad" in 5.1 is because warrior/hunter could kill them in a stun.

Just fix subterfuge and being able to evis twice for 150k each, oh and also doing 500k dmg just with autoattacks during shadow blades while spamming garrote/cheapshot is pretty cool too

Stfu only reason rogues were able to que 3s were because of spriest gods in 5.1. Now thats going to be gone hunters being sligthly nerfed so rogues have no comp and now are going to waddle around the entire game doing nothing and nothing changed with rogues survival still die in a stun.

with a stupid comment like this, yes

150k evis crits are on undergeared people and/or don't gem resil, highest i've seem myself do is probably 110k and that was pre-nerf pve agi trinket. also, 500k dmg in blades while being able to cheapshot/garrote. that's just unrealistic damage that is being made up. blades is a 3minute cooldown, if this cd got nerfed then every other class that has a big 3minute cooldown ability should get nerfed

I tweeted holinka asking him the same question I'm about to ask you guys.

With current changes on PTR.  How much damage does he expect rogues to do in a burst window % wise.  (Pvp target, no def. CD's popped, no peels, Garrote>KS)

i also said if you take burst away from from rogues then rogues wont be able to land kills since damage dramattically plummets after find weakness falls.

I know no one will give a straight up answer.. but how much damage % wise do you guys think is fair for a rogue to do in a burst window with those stipulations?  Because if we aren't able to kill something that pops zero cooldowns and recieves zero peels while we pop our offensive CDs, how are we ever gonna kill something that actually does pop CDs or recieves peels?

if they dont nerf fairies and buff shadow step to 15sec with roots breaking effect, rogue are dead
