Stop speaking about sudden doom ptr , its not even close nerf as it should be.
Put coil cost on 60 rp in blood presence as well as stopig free coils and we can maybe call it a nerf.

I Don't think this change was needed, All they need to do is fix the scaling with cool downs maybe make it more baseline and less scaling from attack power.

necro just needs to cap out around 50-60k if theyre actually looking to balance it, 80k necros arent too good for the game

Necro would be alot more balanced if it just absorbed heals and didnt apply a cast time debuff.

Also it would be nice if necrotic strike and absorb shields like PW:S, interacted differently.  Instead of Necrotic stacking ontop of dmg absorbs, they should cancel eachother out.  Example, Priest has 80k absorb shield, dk applies 70k necrotic, 10k remains on the shield.

Most of the insane burst people see right now comes from:

Human + Shadowpan trinket + PvP Proc trinket + Proccing instantly + Synapse springs + ALL COOLDOWNS!

A DK popping Garg and Necro spamming into ERW or a hunter popping rapid fire into stampede or a rogue using dance/blades or hell anything that has on demand burst cooldowns makes the game feel so dumb during those initial 30 seconds. Yet when you remove a chunk of the 10k+ extra primary stats things are really quite manageable.

oh man, thats a huge nerf. sad face. time to go back to my roots : frost. lol

We have a hotfix in the works to restore necrotic strike to its previous values on live. It wasn't meant to nerf them but fix a problem with necrotic strike and base resilience.

I guess we're good fellow DKs.
