Well all that dodge and parry on pve tanking gear doesn't seem like much help against nearly full wizard comps everyone's running. A couple extra gems slots probably aren't going to make it mandatory for FC's either. I think groups will just stick to using rogues or boomkins. Warlocks won't work due to poor mobility. And no, none will be inviting ferals just to carry the flag on two maps when they can get an extra lock instead. I agree that a feral in bear form with dispersion is probably the best you can do, but it's just not worth taking a useless class for such a slight benefit on only 2 maps. Besides, it requires a spriest. Why bother bringing a feral + spriest when you can have 2 more locks or/and boomkins?
That, together with extra 20% damage taken (instant 2 stacks), will make games a lot more dynamic in terms of going for an fc zerg right off the bat. Mage + rogue sneaking to the rogue or boomkin fc with that many stacks = dead fc in one stun.
Overall, this looks like a horrible change, and I don't see how it can be worked out to be fun. Hopefully it will get reverted.
