Badge give 2600 spellpower, it's on use and available every 1 min.
Insignia give 3500 spellpower but it does proc randomly.

I dunno which one of those trinkets is better ? Anyone know ?

on use for burst? if your human go both, or you could go BS and gem 2x resi slots and go on use + the proc pve trinket

Other race? Proc + engi gloves

Take Unbound Will and use both.
