For some reason I thought it was over 10 seconds... over 5 seconds will actually make a big difference.  Second wind has saved me many times... you can LOS and heal up and survive quite a while when your healer is in CC.  Also makes it very difficult to kill you when you have shield wall up below 35% HP or Die by the Sword.

I'm still leaning towards Second wind atm... but I will try enraged regen too.

I don't think I'll even try impending victory... it's not going to save you and you need to be able to melee something for it to work.

Not sure if this has been posted but additional new changes for warriors on 5.3 PTR Patch Notes.
  • Enraged Regeneration no longer costs rage to use, instantly heals the Warrior for 5% of their total health, and healing an additional 5% over 5 seconds. Using the ability while Enraged doubles the healing effects to 10% of the Warrior's total health and an additional 10% over 5 seconds.
  • Second Wind no longer generates rage when the Warrior is struck by a Stun or Immobilize effect.
    • Arms and Fury Warriors receive a passive ability that enables them to generate rage when struck by a Stun or Immobilize effect at level 56.
  • Shield Wall's cooldown has been reduced to 3 minutes, down from 5 minutes.
  • Spell Reflection is no longer consumed by spells from player pets and guardians.

I think the change to enrage regeneration is a bad one. I liked it more when you could save rage for an incoming stun that you were going to take a lot of damage in. Having to rely on an enrage makes it feel far too rng imho. Sure, you can just save zerker rage for it... But good luck against a team that can fear.

Other than that, good changes.

EDIT:

I'd rather the CD of spell reflect be lowered. Ignoring pets is nice, but if you time spell reflects correctly(as in, at the last second), I find it to be rare that a pet eats it before the other spell lands. There are obviously cases where it happens but far too few to really consider this to be much of a change in my opinion.

Pretty much been saying that this class is outdated for years now

Infact it hasn't been fun to play at all since WotLK, that's 2 expansions ago now.

Our utility has been completely removed, no shield block, no revenge, longer CD on Spell Reflect, even the CD on Battle Shout/Commanding sucks, I'd prefer the old Blood Rage back and just taking the CD off these, MS has been nerfed (although I was kinda in favour of that), Overpower isn't close to what it once was, our mobility is worse.

Shield Wall went from 60% (and undisarmable) to 40% and disarmable.

Most of our abilities, other classes have except better versions, or better yet, some of our abilities which were removed, other classes have (Gag Order and Imp Hamstring on Monks for example).

Blizzard have been ignoring these issues for along time, usually they just give us something really stupid and overpowered to paper over the crackets (like UA in WotLK and Bladestorm, CS in Cata, Gag Order, TfB early MoP and so on), this class has needed an overall since pretty much the end of S5 when it was clear that a lot of classes had moved on (and the mechanics of the new class DK being so infinitely better).

I'm in agreement with most of you, this class hasn't been fun to play in a very long time, these days I play my Druid far more than I play Warrior and I find it a lot more fun.

Also, warriors still lack some utility. Almost every thing comes from talents for us. It would be nice if we could get one of the utility talents baked in to the class.

I totlly agree!!!  5% health and another 5% health in 5 seconds isn't gonna save us from anything when every class is capable of critting you for more than 100k health in global.  I'd rather save my rage to not rely on enrage effect.

On top of that, was Berserk Rage even usable while you are in stun???  I don't think so...  Most valuable factor with Enraged Regeneration is that you can use it while in stun.  If you can't Berserk Rage in stun, you will get healed for 10% of your total health in 5 seconds and still die in stun.  This change needs to be re-looked at.  Hopefull Holinka is still reading this topic.

Holy lord the nerf to enraged regeneration really confuses me.  Are they preemptively making it terrible?  I guess they want nobody to ever take that talent, was super appealing before today.  

Wall change is good, 5 minutes was way to long for how bad it is.

Spell reflection change is also incredibly long overdue, reflecting waterbolts instead of a deep gets really old.

the shield wall change is super good feels so clunky with a 5 min cd on it when compared with other classes defensive cds

just got killed by a rogue in 476 gear (but he has the shado-pan trink) in the opener. 416k hp, def stance, 68% resil....

70k/70k ambush
100k/90k evis

Tested it in duels. Rogue with the same gear as me (almost full tyranical.) Can 100- 0 me in a cheap shot in def stance and shield on.

if outside of arena/battleground the trinket isnt 4400 agility but 8800, that might be why.

But yeah they still do some insane dmgs

This would make warriors perfect, not too strong and not too weak.
- 10 % reduction on battle stance should be a thing
- Second wind baseline or activated during stuns
- Dstance to 25%
- Mages need to settle the hell down. Soloing people 100-0 in a deep has overextended its welcome. Inchanters to 15%
