They need to find some way to make marks and SV more appealing. The answer isn't to nerf BM to the point where marks is better how does that help?
There are so many garbage talents like Dire beast Murder of crows Barrage that need to be changed or buffed or something.
One change that I think would help marks out tons without buffing its DPS to much in PVE is to make Wild quiver (MM Master) Nature dmg like it was in WOTLK instead of physical dmg.
Also the ability to curve our spells around walls like in wanted to be like BM somewhat.
Last one not srs
I don't think MM needs buffs tbh, its completly fine as it is. Only 2 things bugging me atm is Aimed Shot being close to worthless on anything over leather and its outshined by Powershot anyway, giving it Arp and reducing the cast time would fix that but meh.
The other thing is our mastery being complete shit tbh, and its unfitting. Marks is suposed to be a "sniper" type burst spec, not a fucking gattling gun. Reworking Piercing Shots as our mastery, or changing our Mastery to Arp again would be better imo, but thats just my opinion. Neither changes are needed for Marks to be viable.
Atm BM is out of hand, powershot had little to do with it, it gained every single advantage from other specs (save for entrapment, that MM also lost) without losing anything it had before. How is it normal that it gained Readiness without losing Bestial Wrath, or Indimidation without losing Silencing Shot or sting while the other 2 specs gained nothing from the BM tree?
Don't get me wrong, i don't want BM to become unplayable for the people that actually play the spec because they enjoy it, i just don't want it to be the forced "go-to" spec for every single competitive Hunters, and i don't want it to become the next Shadow Priests where 90% of the team in duelist range and above includes a Hunter, and if BM stays untouched, its going to happen when Spriests gets balanced.
