At least Shadow got nerfed again. Shouldn't have shields to protect your butthole from being rammed by the cleave teams. Unless its a tooltip change,

sadly, no buffs to afflic. still cant play for real. brb dotting for 2500 still.

shadow shields are the same, only disc ones got nerfed take a look at the old and new tooltip

Yes, gateway had to be fixed, but what warlock has left now?

the warlock buffs better be pretty huge if they are doing this to gateway...its the only good thing about having a warlock on ur team atm xD

Like Monks, Locks need help atm, but not trough broken close to uncounterable mechanics (RoP and Gate are good examples). Giving affliction an interupt immnunity CD on Malefic Grasp or just shifting its damage back to dots (unlikely due to PvE) is more needed.

Shuriken Toss got its damage and energy cost doubled. A nerf to Deadly Throw but more burst with Toss.

Also Battle Stance has the disarm time reduction instead of damage reduction.

Good changes.

And does anyone know if the healing stream change is a buff or nerf? I cant tell

Healing Stream Totem (Restoration) Summons a Water Totem with 10% of the caster's health at the feet of the caster for 15 sec that heals the most injured party or raid member within 40 yards for [*31 + 42.6% [*83.3% of Spell Power*] every 2 sec.

I agree Gate is retarded, but so is the whole mechanic of dealing damage as Affliction. Warlock is already arguably the worst class in the game and this ruins them even more. Also interrupt immunity CD would be awful, it wouldn't help AT ALL.

Haven't played a lock in a very long time so it was just a random idea. I'm just saying there's way to improve the class while balancing that kind of mechanics.

i really dont know how to feel about that change. Im playing with a warlock all the time and I know that the gate is too good atm but they have to give warlocks something because that gate is one of those things that makes them somehow viable.

Having a 4 sec cast time on gate will see a lot more gates going up, its already impossible to stop on some maps, depending on how much HP they have you will see them going up and down all game lol

All good changes. And the ST change definitely feels like a nerf(same damage overall, but less CPs). Gateway change is also good.

And as much as I liked the new warrior set bonus, it's good that it was changed(warriors were going to be too tanky with it). Although, I hope they change it from a disarm reduction to something else before the patch goes live.
