Only really broken thing i noticed with them is how insanely that stupid-ass pve trinket scales for them. That wouldn't be too hard to fix on Blizzard's part. It will slightly fix itself in 5.2 anyway since the trinket will lose 26 Ilvls in arena.

3900 agi proc vs 8800 agi proc not counting the 30% increased agility sub has baseline from the Sinister Calling passive (wich obviously scales better with the PvE trinket).
Its not even comparable.
In term of overall damage, i agree its probably only a 10% increase because of the flat 5% damage loss from PvP power, but in term of pure burst potential, the PvE trinket is far, far better. Another often overlooked fact is that the Hit rating on the trinket allows rogue to pretty much ignore the stat in their gearing and stack even more mastery increasing their burst potential even further. 120k+ Evis crits are very common with that proc up.
Rogues in full PvP gear are fine, this trinket just scales too well with Sub's gameplay.

wait till you see an unholy dk with 15% runeweapon strenght proc, 20% passive from talents and that 1.5k/1sec trinket that ends up with 15k str + that 8.8k one + all cds cause pets scale with attack power (your around 88-100k ap) my dk is around 40k all procs (normal honnor gear) so i doubt thats not OP

Yeah, thats also a problem in my opinion, but its hard for me to be objective towards DKs because i play with a Priest.

keeping up your 30% mitigation is really challenging so that you don't die in a single stun. theres honestly no reason not to just keep it up if you even suspect a swap.

- Defensive Stance now decreases damage taken by 25%, up from 15%.
