yeah i skipped to 45 for the crit, i saw it now on the mage earlier in. he has every proc along with the pve proc trinket so i'm not surprised it's critting that on a clothy

I just faced ret/priest/hunter and rogue/priest/hunter 10 games in a row , as disc priest, I was unable to play my character %90 of the game.
Nicely ate hoj + blind + trap + scatter + silence + fear, into another rotation, sometimes worse with readiness. meawhile you can't cc hunter because fd, triple trinket, deter, silencing shot etc. On top of everything they do 90k non crit powershots on the guy that can't move(undispellable web).

Then you come to this thread, see spastics saying hunter are ok because you can avoid their cc.

Yet you made the point to include the other classes cc with the hunters. Mages have just as much if not more cc than hunters depending on how u look at snares n shit.

Couldn't disagree more.  Void shift was a fucking joke from the beginning, it never should have been implemented.  MD nerf is too much... maybe a 20 or 30 second CD, but the cast time nerf is overkill.

i'm going to say it looked like the 163k is powershot because it also hit the dk pet for 56k. i mean, can you verify that sort of #s with a combat log open while in arena?

also, is powershot only base weapon damage or is it weapon damage after attackpower? i was going to guess the latter because that's the only way you could get that high of a number after resilience and armor. So that means those buffs are still pretty significant in determining how hard you are going to hit for.

Would reverting the phantasm change be a good idea for 5.3? I'd like the idea of being able to avoid 200k powershots to my anus.

Shoulda shadow word deathed that blind while your partners made the hpala not play his character because it's even easier to cc him than you.

happened to me yesterday, managed to like a shield off before sitting more endless cc. The second you trinket your just fucked, its so retarded

He was ret, you don't get to swd anything once the rotation starts with hoj, it's not even the problem, because pala blind is a long cooldown, hunter solo disables you for %60 of your arena time, it becomes an unending rotation once paired with any class that doesn't dr with hunter cc. It feels like you queue to provide entertainment to people that apply a 5 line computer program to you, that continues until you lose, you can't avoid or react to it because it's all instant.

It was a close advice though, he probably had holy offspec.

Way too brutal of nerf for shadow priests. MD nerf  is ok one, but void shift is not. Why they can't just balance the class they either over buff or over nurf.

90% of posts in this thread right here. It's hard to take people seriously when they don't even know the basics and just gives it a "HUNTER BEAT ME TIME TO CRY ON AJ" feel.

Hunter burst potential needs a strong nerf and 5.3 looks to fix that on several fronts. Everyone will calm down when Hunters stop randomly killing people.
