i understand what you are saying and I don't like wind myself. However, the other two alternatives are not nearly as potent as wind, especially because they give no rage. Since we have no short cooldown defensive cd atm we need wind.
However, after the def stance buffs wind should be 1% heal starting to tick from 50% and baseline.
That's what I'm saying.
2. Passive healing from Second Wind is too strong. The problem is that it’s passive. It’s mindless. The warrior doesn’t even need to register that he’s low on health. I suggest reverting Second Wind to its previous incarnation where it procs from stuns and immobilizing effects. While it would still be passive, this would solve the problem of it being a constant heal while under 35% and it would increase rage regen for warriors (who will sorely need it with the defensive stance change in 5.2)
I posted that a few months ago before 5.2, and I think it still applies. It's too strong for a passive.
