Blizzard customer support at its best
First we called blizzard support who told us that they can't do anything over the phone and that we instead need to contact a GM in-game by making a ticket. So we made a ticket, and waited for 3 days. When we finally got a hold of a GM he told us to write an email to appeal the decision that had been made.
So we did, and then we made a new ticket and waited for 1 more day to get a reply from a GM, not in-game chat even though i was online at the time. I then pressed need more help and had to wait for 2 more hours to get a reply, again just a reply, not actual GM chat. I then again pressed Need more help and after an hour i got to talk to this GM:

We don't know what we've done wrong and still he tells me not do it again? We got proof of not wintrading our last 2-3 hour push to rank 1, so then they tell us that we wintraded some other time? Is this just because they don't want to change their first decision and admit that they did wrong?
