It won't count when they go to give rewards. At least that's how it worked in s10 with some of the cheaters.

A lot of people hate Merk because of his ability to blatantly shit talk whoever he feels like without restraint, but he's never win traded.  I played with him in 5's with Karv/Mackenzie*/Ayume last season, no one with half a brain thinks we win traded.  I played on K'T to r1 with khryl/filo/ayume/thingtwo/talb/etc also.  I don't think I've ever been accused of win trading once other than a random troll here or there in my stream.

People also accuse merk of DDOS'ing 24/7 but it's hot air, because Merk's friend decided to go around DDOS'ing Azael (without merk's consent or desire) to "defend his honor" or  some shit, but I know for a fact Merk didn't do it himself.  I hate win traders/ddos'ers and I've never associated with them, and I never will.  Merk's been a good friend for a while and if he was doing any of that crap I'd know about it and I most definitely wouldn't associate with him if he was cheating, good friend or not.

Merk just trolls and shit talks a lot so people take it seriously and dislike him, that's where most of the Merk rumors come from.
