Help with simple Decurse modifier macro

As of now I have decurse self bound to mouse button 5, and decurse party 1/2 to mouse button 5+shift and mouse button 5+ctrl respectively. I was wondering if someone could make me a modifier macro to have all of those only take up one space on my bars. Thanks
