Things to consider...

1) Number of teams getting glad.
2) Ques on the BG.
3) Glad cutoff rating.
4) Ques into which cross realm bgs.
5) Inactive teams.
6) Is the BG diverse, or is plagued by purely KFCs/God Comps.

I left off BG9, because for most they consider it the only answer.

it doesn't matter till you are playing 2.5k+ on most bgs , pretty much unless you are going for r1 dont bother with bgs , i would select a near bg to where i live so i would have low ms. the most easy bg is emberstorm atleast it was when i was playing on US s5.

Everyone will just vote for their own.

It's probably Stormstrike, Ruin or Shadowburn. Stormstrike because there are still a lot of good players queueing there though it's mostly limited to Mal'Ganis, Ruin still has a good playerbase with good players, and Shadowburn because you will suddenly have internet issues.

I don't think there's any difference between them except for at the highest level of play.  Below like 2200 or 2300 every battlegroup is about the same.  Just take your pick, if you want to play only Alliance teams go for Nightfall or Cyclone, if you want to get shamelessly DDOS'd go to Shadowburn, and if you want to play nothing but Horde teams go to Bloodlust or Stormstrike.

If you feel like waiting in 5-10 minute queues in any bracket, any team over 1800 - go to Retaliation, Emberstorm, or Whirlwind.

I've played on enough of them at a fairly high level to know that outside of the top 1% or so, there's really no difference in terms of skill.
