On live my char has 10003 Resilience.
On PTR the same char with 2 more item levels on every piece except the weapons has 9960 resilience. Gems and enchants are identical, compared every piece three times.
Means there is some bug with ratings and the PTR. Did anyone test this or find out what is causing that? Because theorycrafting is pretty annoying when not having the correct stats on the character sheet.

I think the socket bonus for Tyrannical helmets on the PTR is +180 PvP power instead of the +180 PvP resilience in Malevolent helmets on live realms. Also, resil scaling on the PTR has been nerfed, with identical gear and gems I went from 69.2% resil to about 68.6%.

The resil difference is because of the helm socket bonus. And I assume you have a prismatic socket in your belt?
