OK, I have to correct myself:

* Honor Weapons have no requirements, besides the Honor Points (3.500)
* T1 Weapons have no requirements on the PTR, while the Dev Watercooler states, that 7250 Conquest Points earned will be required
* T2 should be available the moment you have earned 27.000 CP. The CP cap is at 5.000 CP


Yeah, they removed the 7200 points requirement and introduced the 27.000 points requirement... Hope that helped!

The 7250 requirement is still in for T1 weapons.

T2 weapons/gear will require 27000 points earned for the season. T2 weapon will also become available to everyone who has earned 7250 for the season when 5.3 hits(just the weapon, not the gear).
