thought i read somewhere that in 5.2 you can get weapons as soon as you have the points, instead of doing the "must have earned 7200 points first" thing? anyone know if this is true or not? wondering if its worth enchanting my weapons on my alt that just got them

are they taking the "7200 points first" req off weapons in 5.2? so we can just get them immediately

Thats what Blizzard intended, although if the rumors about resil being nerfed on the ptr are true then upgraded t2 will still be better even if the new items have more resil/pvp power.
