im sure it's down to magtheridon or arthas, idk. manno used to be ok, but its now its only alliance and not even good.

I don't think those servers are actually East Coast. I know Stormstrike and Nightfall are definitely East as far as the ping tells me.

Arthas and mannoroth are both east I believe, or atleast I'm 100% sure that Arthas is (datacenter in chicago).

I'm eastcoast canada and illidan is my lowest ping. Tich is +50ms and Korgath-vengeance is +150ms
