If you haven't seen this speech, this man speaks so much wisdom and truth... Pay attention to Obama's body language... It says a lot about the type of person he is. I'm not into politics, but this video was awesome, watched the entire thing, hope you can too. It's very inspirational.



Made an outline of the speech:

• Political Correctness is an issue. It's too easy to "offend" people, to the point where people are afraid to share their true beliefs and ideas

• Speak what you believe, yet be respectful to everyone

• Education is paramount for a successful country

• We need people more willing to work together in government, not people just trying to win for their side

• Academic success should be rewarded and encouraged as much as athleticism in schools

• Our tax system needs to be overhauled and simplified and it should be proportionally even across the board for everyone

• Medical care should be available to everyone, but people need to be more responsible for their own medical payments while also helping those who are truly in need

• The left and right wings of government need to learn to work together more efficiently to accomplish goals and actually get things done

Made an outline of the speech. Not watching the video because the man talks about Jesus? ... Seriously? The guy is BLACK, and he came out of POVERTY... He's a NEUROSURGEON... I think everyone here probably has a lot to learn from a man who is older and very likely much smarter than you.

it's awful and dr. carson is clueless

he also uses the logic that our education is bad so the government can control us easier which is just so fucking annoying to me

and he starts off the speech by reciting socialist bible verses yet republicans still loved the speech
