Skype can't connect

For some odd reason my skype is not connecting when I try to log in. I know it's not my internet cause I'm on my email/aj/wow and other things and I know it's not my firewall or anti virus stuff I have run it in safe mode,restarted my computer,shut my router down for abit,I even re installed it a few times and even changed my password and not 1 of those things seemed to work so if someone could help me out that would be great. Will rep the people who get this fixed

Yeah pretty much this came out of nowhere went to bed last night everything working fine woke up and skype was being all weird so I just logged out and went to log in and I just get the skype message "Skype Can't Connect" |:

All my fire walls are down aswell. Also I'm using 6.1 I believe w/e the most updated 1 is..
