Deep Freeze Stuns the target for 4 5 sec. Only usable on Frozen targets. 2% of Base Mana. 35 yd range. Instant. 30 sec cooldown.



Yay.  Also, Blazing Speed buff reverted. Boo.

• Glyph of Deep Freeze Your Deep Freeze spell is no longer on the global cooldown. Major Glyph. but its duration is reduced by 1,000 sec. Major Glyph.

welcome to two weeks ago

kinda sucks that we lose blazing speed, but the flameglow talent that has its old position looks kinda sweet

we don't lose it, it's on the same tier as PoM, i see it as a totally viable alternative now that PoM RoF is nerfed.  It no longer replaces Blink or breaks you out of stuns, it is simply a 10 second cooldown mobility spell on top of blink.  seems pretty neat.

I feel like we finally have some talent choice now...

i suggested that deep idea.
blazing working now like live but 15sec or 25sec cd and tier 1 talent.
so mages go for flameglow\pom or blazing\ice barrier.
i like more blazing/ice barrier but idk how that flameglow work exactly

Some programming langauges (and european languages) use a comma instead of a decimal.

its already far better then ice barrier vs certain (lol melee cleave/kfc) teams, but i cant see it being better then pom with how mages are currently. pom alter time poly healer rof dps will still be very strong for setting up kills, regardless of the pom rof change

hopefully i turn out to be wrong tho, i like using the talent

I'd rather blazing speed CoC or Nova a healer and poly them every 25 seconds   root breaks vs. warrior teams means we can probably actually kite now!  think about how nice it will be to NOT have a melee on you 90% of a game, and have ice barrier too...

it doesnt break roots, it will behave exactly like it does on live atm except i believe you dont need to be hit by a melee attack or a spell to activate it any more

i would also far rather have blazing speed + pom then blazing speed and ice barrier
