These people know how delicate the balancing between pvp and pve is, clearly. If there's any disc priest that does pve here, is disc mana fine or even op in raids?

Disc priest mana in PvE is infinite, so is (to a lesser extent) HPal in PvE.

You guys should maybe play on PTR first and see that Disc is insanely strong in 5.2?!

Priest died last night on shekzeer, 30 seconds later spamming POH and rapture on cooldown the mana was back to up 60%.  So basically you gain mana while casting nonstop.

Re-read the quote. Ghostcrawler calls for a nerf of disc mana on LIVE, not on PTR.

e: The changes on the PTR are nice, but disc mana is still not going in the right direction.

disc on 5.2 is strong not cos of his mana regeneration ...

im really lost then
some people say infinite mana at pve, because of rapture, if you nerf rapture it will be terrible :|

anyway change a couple numbers and gg, just dont fuck pvp disc mana even more..

I wouldn't call 6 months ago a "long fucking time ago".

And just because a class might be underpowered at one point, it doesn't mean it needs to be over-buffed to the sky as compensasion. That'd be stupid and that coming from someone who's main was (and most likely will be again) disc. That said, disc seems a little more decent on PTR at least.

its incredibly OP in raids just because you can literally pw: shield everyone and get tons of mana return.  a better change would be to make it so you only get mana return from like 2 or 3 shields max.. not 25..in a raid, discs will literally just use a mouse over macro and go down the list putting shields on everyone.

Ermm, unless they removed the 12 sec ICD on it, I don't see what is so overpowered about it?

Everything on the PTR 5.2 seems to have global damage, jk fear not breaking on damage locks doing 200k chaos bolts and havning 700k hp, dks having second wind and blizz said they dont want those mechanics, jk give dks a useable second wind (drains runic 5/sec = nothing)

make priests trainable, nerf stuff buff hunters(??)

its gna be a good patch... NO WAIT whattttttttt

  • Glyph of Gag Order and Glyph of Rude Interruption combined into one Major Glyph. If you remove Gag Order silence on just pummel, then the Glyph only provides a silence on Heroic Throw, which makes it an unattractive Glyph overall. Rude Interruption by itself is also unattractive, so combining these two and removing the silence on pummel (overpowered) but allowing the Warrior to gain 6% increased damage for 15s when successfully landing a pummel (cool/skill). It would allow you to keep the blanket silence on Heroic Throw only (balanced with 30s cool down), and keep it interesting and fun.
Or you could just remove it completely because it's easy. - HR

Far from it when they add the new changes such as phantasm (fade) no longer makes you untargetable by ranged attacks? And I believe that's implemented now. Also shaman 30s tremor, sup? Priest is far from "insanely strong", but it seems to be good at least. Hopefully, havent met any decent teams on PTR yet so wouldnt know for sure.
