Been testing a bit on PTR with the new changes, the new talents are hugely dependent on what your facing / what your playing.

Personally ill be using blazing speed / flame glow vs most melee cleaves (with a spam purge) E.G Enhance / War + Hunters.

I think barrier will be more beneficial vs comps without it, will probably run with POM vs caster comps and blazing vs x2 melee.

with 25k spell power the damage that you will mitigate the most is around 16.750 you will mitigate 5k of that damage
if you take a higher hit you still mitigate 5k, if you take a low hit you will mitigate less than 5k (thats the mitigation your spell power give if its 20% of SP)

i see being a GOOD OPTION, as every talent should be, against meele this will be better most of time, against caster not.
of course if you start to create situations where you will take x damage in x seconds, and etc etc etc barrier will be always better, saying overral if the majority of the hits you take is around 16.750 flameglow will reduce more damage overall and wil be there always

double barrier is really good, but sometimes you will have no barrier when your healer is cc, and sometimes you will get purged...
