In this video I explain how to set up an Energetic Recovery Pulse with Weak Auras. The regular 8 energy you get from Slice and Dice as Subtlety rogue pulse every two seconds and you want to have the tick as close as possible after your opener. To make that easier I created a guide on how to set up an amimation to show you when the tick is going to occur.

@Abozz Double checked it and Web Wrap has a 45 second cooldown.
