So now that Ring won't arm instantly when you pom it, how long do you guys think it will take to arm?

PoM makes the cast instant instead of 2 sec (reduced by haste). This means the ring will appear immediately if PoM'd, but it won't freeze immediately. After 2 sec (again reduced by haste) the freeze happens.

No PoM: 2 sec cast, 2 sec arming time
5.1 PoM: 0 sec cast, 0 sec arming time
5.2 PoM: 0 sec cast, 2 sec arming time

Not reduced by haste if PoM'd, I think.  2 seconds no matter what.  Honestly I prefer that, we'll be able to reliably ring hard CC'd targets this way (i.e. PoM ring 1.9 seconds before cyclone ends)

unholy frenzy should be dispellable but cooldown cut in half or somthing
