Talents
  • Blazing Speed 15 10 sec cooldown.
  • Cold Snap When activated, this spell finishes the cooldown of your Ice Block, Frost Nova, and Cone of Cold spells, and heals you for 15% of your maximum health. 30% of your maximum health.
  • Scorch 3.5% 2% of Base Mana.
So we can use blazing speed on demand that removes every stun+snare/root on a 10s cooldown, thanks blizzard=?

Blazing Speed could be insanely fun spell if it goes live like this. Maybe, just maybe there's a possibility to get a breathing room from melees now :o

Blazing speed is already really good against melee, especially since ice barrier gets dispelled/purged/stolen or hit away in one hit.  Blazing speed becomes god tier after this

I get the Ring of Frost nerf, but is the deep nerf really warranted?

Mage
- Glyph of Deep Freeze - now also lowers the stun duration of Deep Freeze by 1 sec in addition to taking Deep Freeze off the GCD.
- Ring of Frost - Presence of Mind will make RoF instant cast, but won't make it arm instantly.
- PvP 2pc bonus - the reduction in cooldown on Counterspell is now only applied if you successfully use Counterspell to interrupt (not silence) a target.

deep should back to the 5sec duration(keep glyph nerf).
also they should make rof work like it used to be in cata 1.5cd.
cs nerf idc
remove deep for fire mages lol

the deep nerf is probably directed towards fire being able to pyro 3x 100k into deeps when they should just give pyro a cd or something

PvE fire would get pooped on so probably not going to happen. Maybe they will make it act differently in pve than in pvp.

why do fire mages have deep freeze again?

They really should just get rid of deep freeze for fire mages and give them something else.

the deepfreeze change is unnecessary, now orcs will barely last 2 secs in deeps.. why cant they make deepfreeze lasts 3 sec for fire.. just like they did to flash heal doing 30% less healing if cast by shadow priest.

there is a blue post that implies normal deepfreeze will be back to 5 seconds, so 4 seconds with the glyph

DF change is not a nerf, 5sec base duration
