so if you are reading this dev, can you please revert overpower rage cost?  There are several threads here explaining why it is a crippling change to pvp warrior

Well look at the current state of the game, if you are saying that the only time a mage would get a ring/poly off is with pom, and they removed pom, then how would a mage get a poly/ring off? not saying its impossible but pom 1.5 min cd, I don't think its "That op". Mages are in a good state now, read the first sentence you wrote. If anything that needs nerf now its shamans totem restoration and SP defensive MD.

you didn't seem to care about md before the blanket cs nerf .. now that it's back why are you still complaining?
or do you just want mages to be uncounterable by any class? :)

As much as I liked the change it probably wouldnt have worked with the way the game currently is. Still no rogue nerfs though lol

PoM->Alter Time is a problem, shouldnt be able to do them together. And increase the cd on Pom to 2 minutes so it aligns with trinket, than it's probably fine, but I agree mages are in are relatively good spot right now, they could use some tweaks is all. Everyone agrees that spriests and totemic restoration need to be nerfed though.

Nerf defensive MD and make VT dispel not DR itself.  As far as life swap and disperse sharing DR, that's a hard sell.  That's like saying after a priest swaps a mage he can't ice block, pally bubble, hunter deterrence, warrior shield wall, monk use his disperse thing, etc...

can warriors be nerfed
can spriests be nerfed
can mages have to cast spells again
can warlocks try to get dots up instead of doing it instantly
can hunters not kill me with pets
can i please not trinket into another 5 instant CCs

I have split thoughts bout this change, I honestly wouldn't mind one nor the other.


Removing blankets would defo make classes such as spriest, dks & ele  shammies way stronger as their interupts / blanket silenced would be more desirable. However, from a healer point of view I'd rather see every single blanket silence (including dk & spriest silences) removed from the game, there's already enough interupts & instant cc in the game.

I'd love to see more spells & abilities like Frostjaw (casted silence spell), simply cuz you can actually do something about it. Instant cc is bad design in my opinion, at least the overwhelming amounts of different instant cc in the game.

Anything that makes you lose control of your character completely & that is unavoidable is just well.... frustrating.

Give every healer a shadow word death / grounding effect to be able to avoid cc (with a reasonable CD on it ofc so you gotta think twice to show urself in the open within the next 15-20 secs)

Put every single cc in the game a cast time(including silences, but perhaps make it channeled cast or w/e).

If those changes were in the game you'd seperate good & less good players very quickly.


But these are just my thoughts, you can think whatever THE FUCK you wanna think

Most DKs were crying about dying in blanket CS but yes with some of the dk buffs I do see what you mean :P.

To be fair, Holy Paladins have hand of sac which (granted it is dispellable which sucks for them) can break a lot of instant CC. The only class without any real immunity to instant CC is Rdruid, but they can shift poly and hex and should rely on HoTs to heal people which tick while they're in CC anyway.

On the one hand it'd be cool if every class has a SW:D type-spell, but it'd probably feel too samey. Burst needs to be toned down and CC needs to be moved to casted rather than instant, then i'd be happy. Less random 3-4 global gibs on partners while you're in a DRd CC and more 10-20s casted CC chains which cause pressure and can lead to wins.
