With the warriors nerfs and some of the other cleaves nerfs im going to say shamans

People don't realize how good punch monks are on PTR. It's insane atm and GC tweets make it look like a lot of the dumber mechanics are going to make it to live. Cleaves will be very strong but just using Monks instead. That said it will probably still be Shaman although Monk healers are apparently very strong as well and fare well against melee cleaves.
