And then die in 1 hit because you have to use a pve helm to use that meta tyrannical pvp helm is 496 pve meta requires 502 gg...

well not die in 1 hit.. but will require a pve helm but since you actually pve conrad im sure you will still use it

This is actually smart.  I can't believe they actually thought ahead.  They knew wed cry about the gem being better then the default ones most pvpers would have, so they made one just for pvp.  I'm honestly pretty surprised.

I like the proc for Capacitive Primal Diamond. Hopefully it's not too similar to a previous Lightning Strike.
