Hi Guys,
After a 1 year break i'm looking to get back into Arena again but am looking to play on the tournament realm server.
Is access available at all or is registration closed until the 2013 tournament?
Is there any way I can gain access to the arena server at all?

There is no way to obtain access now, the signup closed in the end of catacyslm. All you can do is ither borrow a friends or just start getting your character ready for 5.2.
Id advice just spamming bgs having JP/HP caped, Get gold for enchants and overall just get comfortable with your keybinds.

Not sure what you mean by that. If you mean the wotlk server, then ye I play on that one it's fun.
If you mean if anyone has a MoP private server made just for arena, then no.
