Used to see all warriors gem PvP Power. Now i see them all gem Resilience. Can you guys explain the thought process behind the switch?

Changes in patch notes and playstyles has forced them to play more defensively then very early.
PvP Resilience scales better then PvP Power for damage increase/reduction %.
That was the answer, in short.
