Without battle fatigue healing the burst is already insane on the PTR, a lot of melee comps can simply derp healers from start to finish with little hope of them ever healing through without insane peels or mistakes.
Dance damage drops anything with minimal help from a partner.
Firemages can stagger alter time and pom to 100-0 something every 45 secs with triple pyro+combust in a deep.
Dk's absolutely destroy certain healers once again just by tunneling.
Hunters still have insane cc and now powershot works.
The pendulum has swung quite firmly in favour of dps, nearly everything is fragile and easy to kill. Most cooldowns even if used at bad times will force something because they're just that strong. Peels need to be immediate and we're in for some possible trip dps and double healers again.
