What healer performs at 80-85% of a top level player with just an average skill level?
I'm rerolling and want one that's desired in 3v3, 2v2 and RBGs and only requires a tiny bit of skill aside from "heal dat guy" and occasionally " cc dat guy".

I dont think there a big difference in the skill required to play each of the different healing specs. There play style is a little different for each and I would suggest you play the one which fits you better.
