vaginas are defensive weapons that could also be used in an assault manner so they could be called assault vaginas

i like what the rest of the world does.

legal to sell, illegal to buy. nearly destroys the pimp/handler aspect of the business and reduces the victimization of the hookers themselves.

Agreed with this except the disrespectful to women part (fucking feminism brainwash tactics again).  It's their choice and prostitution doesn't just include women.

I think however that prostitutes should require a license though and that they would be fully liable for any STDs they may transmit.

Like hookers could still obviously sell sex without a license and not go to jail or anything but it would be one of those buyer beware situations, whereas licensed hookers would be more like paypal/ebay with all sorts of buyer protection.
I'm always right.

well if it she didnt have a license then the government wouldn't really be making money off of it, so i doubt they'd allow it

no private businesses compete with the government!!!

i'd take it a step farther tbh. mandatory testing every 3 months. would likely counteract the upcoming hit the medical industry is going to take once employment drug testing is mostly phased out.

STDs would mean a loss of license, I'd suspect.

You still get taxed on earnings regardless of having a license though but you're probably right.

I don't think prostitution is the career path people who have a problem with being disrespected usually take.

iirc from some reddit AMAs, escorts get tested fairly often -- generally once a month, sometimes more often. and no bareback, can refuse customers for a variety of reasons (STDs being one of them)

It's legal in Germany and the result was a huge rise in prostitution and human trafficking, which is harder to fight than before. Many students choose it to earn their money with and Germany became the European center for prostitution like the Netherlands became for drugs after legalizing weed and some other stuff in the 90s.
