Good bye competition

The removal of pve gear from arena was the first big step, this is the second. I for one was extremely tired of getting blown up in arena by RBG carried t2 warriors simply because the gear gap was so huge there was nothing I could do to win. Now it's going to be: everyone has the same gear, but if you're not as good as the other team, majority of the time you're going to lose (permitting you're not counter comped etc). IMO this is they way it should be, no team should ever have an advantage against another team not directly attributed to skill level.
I just hope the new rating inflation system isn't completely stupid. As best as I can understand its very similar to the way bonus pool works in sc2 except it gets higher the more you play rather than the longer you sit right? Can anyone clarify that?

The more you play the higher rating you get, nomatter if you go 60% WL. If you win more then you lose, you're rating will always increase over time.
