Hey, since they are completely changing Insanity I guess I will share a fun bug with you guys that I used against Warriors.

Insanity I guess bugs out if your Shadow Word: Pain reflects onto you and when it goes below 6 seconds you can spam Insanity off cooldown on the Warrior or anyone else that you reapply Pain to.

I did quite a bit of testing and I can get lucky and spam a maximum of 5 procs that can sometimes crit for over 150,000+. It's also really nice against KFC and practically any Warrior comp that trains you. These procs can also stack on themselves regardless of Pain being on the target and you when it falls off after the reflect.
