The best way to balance rdruid is not by a flat % healing nerf (although I like it b/c will make us OP).  Here is how to buff rdruid pvp output:


Attention Blizzard!


Change harmony mastery output.  Instead of 10% Hots and 10% direct heals, 10% hots and 15~20% direct heals, problem solved.   A flat 10% overall output buff is too much.

Well Rdruids are falling behind in healing in PvE too, so not really an overbuff.

they are the worst healers in pve atm, and have been for a little while

Rdruids are behind in pve yes, but I believe 10% general healing buff is a bit much for pvp.

Similar problem happened in Cata where rshammys were best in pvp but didn't do so great in pve, therefore they were never correctly adjusted.

In the future, blizzard could increase or decrease the direct healing effect from Harmony to balance rdruids in pvp.
